How a Session works
While working togetheryou willbecome aware of unnecessary muscle and mental effort.
Through coaching in activity, body mapping and precise guidance with hands I will help you to interrupthabitual patterns of collapse or contraction and learn new and optimal pathways of thought andmovement and a more balanced and supported overall coordination.
You will gain new proprioceptive awareness - to become mindful of your whole self in your every day life activities. Mindful movement brings about a sense of calmness and clarity and enables your body to organise itself effectively for your task.
